With 2.4 million kenyan illetrate while 16,252,000 million only having primary education according to the  kenya burea of statistics report illetracy is set pose a serious challenge to the process.

Despite major increases in enrolment in educational institutions at all levels, still more than one third of all adult Kenyans have not gone beyond primary school is a concern since the population may be easily be misled.

The romours about the electronic cencus being a scheme of manupilating the 2022 presidetial elections and the government plot to obtain  people personal details for the wrong use is reason for alarm.

The cencus process in the recent past has been faced with uncertainities such as counting people from the pastrolists communities due to their movement and incorrect tallying of numbers of people technology has a solution to all this.

Security of individuals is cause of panic among individuals since such information system may be prone to external interference or hacking by other individuals outside the system.
The new technology is set to reduce the chances of having a desputed cencus results  which has been an issue of political controversy.
It also comes along with many benefits including; fastening the census process and reduce the chances of wrong information being written down.
The tax collection body, security agencies and universal health providers are set to greatly going to benefit from the new method of carrying out cencus.  Tax evation through forging of documents and  fraud in health insurance will be a thing of the past.

The electronic cencus registration should be approached not only as a technological issue but also as an organizational  process.
The  implementation  of  needs  the  support  from  the  leaders  and  top leadership of our country  for  successful  implementation.  The  support refers  to  the  promise  from  leaders  to  accept,  support  and  adopt  the new registration process.

But what mostly determines how we feel about lessons is the lecturer teaching that unit. If a lecture is fun and lively then you can’t afford to miss it, but if the lecturer is hostile and boring …you have to debate with yourself thrice whether you should attend or not. Below is a list of the types of lectures in Kenyan universities. 1.Strict & Always Present Lecturer This one never misses a single lecture, not even if it is scheduled for 8PM – 11PM. Even though they may not lecture for the full duration, they try and exhaust what they wanted to teach that day. They don’t like people who use phones in classes, talk and giggle. 2.Present But a Don’t care Lecturer This one will come to class when he has a lesson, dictate for you the notes and leave. They don’t expound on anything...
